Connecticut Fluid Power Inc., has been a locally owned small business serving the manufacturing industry. As a solutions provider, the company helped its customers achieve higher CFPlevels of success by engineering the best system for their requirements. Today, the company has joined The Hope Group LLC, to continue its growth and deliver quality products to its customers.

Connecticut Fluid Power Inc., has a 28 year legacy of service and innovation in Southern New England. The principals of the business, Daniel Kay and Jeffrey Haynosch, will continue to be important team members as they blend their current expertise with hydraulics and pneumatics with the expanded offering available through association with The Hope Group.

The Hope Group LLC is a subsidiary of THG Corporation, which operates as a Parker Distributor and a major motion and control integrator with a focus on the industrial, military, marine, medical device, and food and beverage marketplace. The Hope Group has been a Parker distributor for over 50 years and today operates seven Parker Stores in four New England states.

Connecticut Fluid Power, Inc., which will be known as The Hope Group – No. Haven, is an authorized Parker Hydraulic Technology Center and a Parker Pneumatic Technology Center. With these credentials, it is capable of meeting the critical engineering, design, fabrication, installation and repair requirements for its customers in the industrial, medical device, defense, transportation, and marine markets.

The Hope Group LLC

Northborough, MA (06-16-2016) – Mark Ferland, Co-President of The Hope Group LLC, today announced that the company had acquired Connecticut Fluid Power, Inc., The-Hope-Groupof North Haven, Connecticut, effective June 16, 2016. This acquisition increases The Hope Group’s presence in New England and establishes its first location in Connecticut. The company is headquartered in Northborough, MA and now has a total of nine locations in five New England states. In announcing the acquisition, Ferland said, "We are pleased Connecticut Fluid Power, which has a strong reputation in the region as a hydraulic and pneumatic component and system specialist, has joined The Hope Group. The Hope Group is a subsidiary of THG Corporation.

According to Daniel Kay, co-owner of Connecticut Fluid Power, Inc., the sale of the business increases the opportunity for increased success and future growth for both companies. “I am pleased on behalf of our employees and customers to announce that becoming a member of The Hope Group LLC assures that we can continue growing the business and meeting our customer’s critical requirements,” said Kay.

Co-owner, Jeffrey Haynosch, added, “I look forward to expanding our opportunity in the Connecticut marketplace.”
