Partek Products Parker Partek products are durable, leak-free components designed for critical applications in the semiconductor, chemical, pharmaceutical, biomedical, food and analytical instrumentation industries. Partek products provide flow control for use in fluid systems where corrosion protection is required or where media purity must be safeguarded. The wetted surfaces of all Partek products are of chemically inert, corrosion-resistant PFA or PTFE. External materials used are anodized aluminum, HDPE, PVC, PVDR or PFA.
Instrumentation fittings meet the stringent demands of process control, power and instrumentation systems. Single and double ferrule compression fittings are available in stainless steel and a broad range of other alloys. Parker’s Supercase ferrules are hardened to grip the tubing with excellent resistance to corrosion. Instrumentation fittings are available in heat code traceable 316 stainless steel and Monel 400. Other standard materials include: steel, brass, aluminum, nickel-copper, Alloy 600, Hastelloy C-276, and Carpenter 20. Parker CPI tube fittings are designed as leak-free connections for process, power and instrumentation applications.
Multitube Products Parker Multitube and instrument and heat trace tubing products are available in a variety of configurations, including thermoplastic tubing, copper, stainless steel and other exotic alloys, jacket materials and colors. The Multitube product line includes tubing products that are used in -320 degrees Fahrenheit cryogenic applications to system process temperatures upward of 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit.
Parker IntraFlow Parker Interflow substrate fittings have been developed specifically for analytical, lab and other complex general purpose instrumentation flow control systems. ISA/ANSI SP76.00.02 compliant, Parker IntraFlow fittings provide maximum flexibility with minimal space requirements. All flowpaths, regardless of direction, are maintained on a single plane within the system as there are no lower level manifold blocks required. Contiguous fitting flow paths are intra-connected with slip fit pressure connectors, while a threaded pegboard provides connection force and rigidity when fittings are mounted with cap screws. System assembly couldn't be simpler: a 5/32" hex head wrench is all you need to build with Parker IntraFlow.
Cylinder ChangeOver System The Cylinder ChangeOver System (COS) is a compact module designed for continuous gas and fluid management. A unique 2-in-1 regulator with a common control knob automatically directs the flow of gas from two separate sources to the user's application. When one source empties, the ChangeOver System automatically draws from the second source. The first source can then be changed without flow interruption.
COS Product Features
Prevents unnecessary downtime by providing continuous uninterrupted gas flow.
Convoluted diaphragm provides outlet pressure stability with changes in flow.
Integral diaphragm stop provides excellent leak integrity.
Valve controlled high pressure purge allows user to clean or purge lines before adding a new cylinder.
Quick changeover control enhances safety by minimizing exposure to toxic and flammable media.
Designed for easy change of sources while in operation.
Separate gauges to monitor both inlet sources.
Available in Nickel Plated Brass or 316L Stainless Steel.
Alarm sensor port for systems integration allowing user to monitor gas consumption.

Parker R-max Stream Switching System The R-max is a multi-functional system capable of integrating both stream switching and filtering into one unique, compact assembly. Designed to control both gases and liquids in analytical systems, the R-max utilizes state-of-the-art surface mount technology to reduce leak paths, internal volume and dead volume. Components can be easily removed and replaced without breaking process connections, and an internal self-purging outlet header eliminates the need for an additional outlet loop.
