Parker hydraulic hose products provide a proven leak-free fluid conveying system, to meet critical manufacturing and end-user requirements. These rubber hose products are designed to meet or exceed international standards up to 8,000 psi. The product line includes Parkrimp crimping systems, metric fittings, and all required accessories.
To save time, inventory and handling costs, customers rely on us for a custom hose assemblies packaged and delivered just in time to meet critical assembly and fabrication time schedules on the factory floor. Savings are earned through improved component selection, reduced assembly time and reduced production errors.
The rugged and versatile line of crimpers from Parker will create leak-free hose assemblies for hydraulic rubber hose, thermoplastic hose, industrial hose and hydraulic fittings. Offering a range of crimpers from portable, to bench-mount, to floor-mount, the Parker crimpers are suitable for use in wide range of markets from aerial lift to transportation.
In applications where a number of hose lines carry different media, Push-Lok colors reduce timely “tracing” of lines, preventing disconnection of the wrong line and unnecessary, costly downtime. No clamps or special tools are required during installation. The Push-Lok fittings are reusable, which means easy replacement at the job site.
The Parker line of Parflex hose includes standard, ultra flexible and high pressure metal hose, which are hydroformed for a more consistent wall thickness throughout the hose. The manufacturing process minimizes the risk of corrosion crevice cracking failure and increases chemical resistance. The design includes a high percentage of braid coverage yielding better cycle life.
The spiralized steel reinforced thermoplastic hose operate at working pressures up to 6,000 psi. The hoses are constructed in long, continuous lengths with a kink-resistant, steel-reinforced construction. These hoses are extremely flexible and many of the hose coverings are abrasion and corrosion resistant.
Parker TexLoc precision fluoropolymer tubing product features a low coefficient of friction and anti-stick properties which reduce the chance for contamination and increase productivity by decreasing cleaning down time. All are chemically inert, non-wetting and non-leaching, which makes them ideal for laboratory, pharmaceutical and biomedical applications.
Series E, FRPE, and HDPE provide flexible, chemical resistance, with high-dimensional stability; flame-resistance, meeting UL94V-2 classification; semi-rigid, chemical resistance with high strength and density.
Series PP and PPB offer a flexible tubing for higher temperatures and pressures. White PP Series meets FDA and NSF-51 requirements for food contact and potable water applications; with excellent resistance to hot water and corrosive acids.
PVC (polymerized vinyl chloride) tubing (instrument and laboratory grade) with exceptional purity, clarity and flexibility; meets all FDA specifications for materials in contact with food and drugs for human consumption.
Series N and NR tubing offer flexible, abrasion-resistance with heat and light stability for outdoor service; semi-rigid design with better chemical resistance; good resistance to high-ambient temperatures.
Series U and others provide a tough, flexible and kink-resistant tubing for use over a broad temperature range, in a variety of critical applications; medium and high durometer compounds available.
