Instrumentation
We provide instrumentation fittings and valves from manufacturers such as Parker, Ham-Let, NOSHOK and Bonomi. Ham-Let is a lower cost alternative with interchangeability between Ham-Let and other manufacturers. Ham-Let fittings and valves are high-quality and affordable. Also, they come in a variety of sizes, materials, temperature and pressure ratings and are leak resistant.
Filters
Ham-Let in-line and T-Type filters remove particles from system fluid that may be introduced during repair or maintenance activities. Particulate filters are available in 1/8″, 1/4″, 3/8″ and “1/2” sizes, in both brass and stainless steel. Filtration requirements can be met with pressure handling up to 6,000 psi and temperatures up to 400°F (tee type) and pressure handling up to 3,000 psi and temperatures up to 400°F (in-line).n types.
Fittings
Tube fittings in two-ferrule and one-ferrule design provide leak-free connections for all instrumentation applications such as process and control systems, analyzers and environmental equipment; and are available in a wide range of sizes, configurations, end connections, pressure and temperature ratings in brass, carbon steel, and stainless steel.
Gauges
Tube ended pressure gauges monitor vacuum, compound, and positive system pressures up to 1,000 psi and are available in lower mount and center back mount designs. Each gauge is designed to reduce the number of additional fittings and to reduce damage due to over-tightening or leaks resulting from under-made connections.
Manifolds
Stainless steel, carbon steel or alloy 400 manifolds are available with both direct and remote mounting (two-way, three-way and five-way), multi-valve connectivity designs. Each single manifold is compact and features locking plates, mounting holes and upstream or downstream ports. Manifold accessories include seal kits, flange kits, eccentric and concentric pipe nipples, calibration fittings, gauge adapters, vent plugs, and bleed and purge valves.
Valves
Ball, check, needle, bleed, purge, toggle, plug and all other instrumentation valves provided by The Hope Group offer secure, leak-free connections at competitive costs. Valves are available in a wide variety of sizes and types and in brass, carbon steel, alloy 400 and stainless steel with pressure rating up to 10,000 psi and temperatures up to 1,200°.
Solenoid-Operated Fluid Controls
Skinner Valve manufactures pneumatically operated and general purpose solenoid valves for fluid control applications involving air, water, inert gas, oil, and water glycol. These 2-way and 3-way valves are available in brass and stainless steel
