For Industrial & Mechanical Contractors
When you have a large-scale project like facility build-out, you need suppliers you can rely on for support. Why waste time, energy and money managing several suppliers to provide several solutions when one company can single source manage these for you?
Why the Hope Group Should Be Your Project Partner
- We handle the procurement phase – We assist from start to finish with sourcing components for process piping, air and water purification, process control, compressed air, hydraulic and electro-mechanical packages.
- We buy direct – While others provide multiple solutions like we do, they cannot always buy direct from the manufacturer. We’re are an authorized distributor for dozens of manufacturers including Parker Hannifin. See all the manufacturers we represent.
- We’re not just a supplier – We also design, fabricate and install many of the packages found in mechanical rooms, labs, and on manufacturing floors. What’s even better: we provide aftermarket support like preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial air compressor and hydraulic equipment.
- We understand your requirements – We know which products meet your standards, whether it’s cGMP, 3-A and high purity gas. The Hope Group also understands and complies with special requirements for military and defense industries. Learn more about the industries we serve.
The (Other) Components Necessary For Facility Build-outs
You’ve been selected to supply HVAC, plumbing or electrical packages. Now you’re going to need source the piping, connectors, valves, and sensors needed to complete the package. To complete the job, you will need:
Compressed air equipment & piping
Virtually every manufacturing facility has a mechanical room housing air compressors as well as piping to connect all the various compressed air system components that feed compressed air to the production area.
Process control components
This includes piping, expansion joints, and valves (particularly fluid controls like Skinner Valves). And don’t forget about industrial chillers and filtration.
Automation / robotics
Industrial networks (IIoT) connect sensors to remote monitoring and power distribution and control components. Controlled with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and human-machine interfaces (HMIs). Learn more about automation & controls.
Fluid power components
Production line machinery runs on electric-powered hydraulics and/or compressed air. These systems calls for components such as actuators, motors, pumps, valves, and (in the case of pneumatic systems) air preparation (FRLs). View the components in hydraulic or pneumatic systems.
Fluid connectors and sealing
Components in any process or piece of machinery in a fluid power system are connected with hose (or tubing), fittings, valves, and adapters. View all fluid connectors. Sealing and shielding is required to prevent air and lubricants from leaking.
Protection for bearings reduces maintenance costs and extends the lifetime of rotating equipment. Parker’s ProTech bearing isolators are designed for 100% leak prevention and contaminant exclusion.
