Hose End Fittings

Hose end fittings are classified as each permanent crimp fittings or field attachable fittings. The one you choose depends on the hose you have selected. For safety reasons, hose end fittings, whether it’s crimp and field attachable, must be considered compatible with the hose series and diameter. Crimp fittings for hose ends

Parker 77 series fitting

Crimp fittings are permanently secured to the ends of a hose length using a hose crimper. This method of hose assembly is typically seen when conveying hydraulic or lubrication fluid. We provide the following crimp fittings:

  • 43 Series crimp style hydraulic fittings – compatible with Parker’s 187, 387, 487, 722, 787 and 797 series hose
  • 77 Series crimp style hydraulic fittings – compatible with Parker’s hose series 387, 487, 787, 797

Field attachable fittings

Parker 82 series Push-Lok fitting

Field attachable fittings allow you to create a hose assembly without a hose crimper. It is attached to the hose using a wrench and a vise. Field attachable fittings do take longer to attach to the hose, but they are reusable (to a point). We provide the following options from Parker:

  • 20 Series for Parker for Parker 201, 206, and 266 series transportation hose. Also compatible with 221FR USCG-approved fire resistant marine fuel hose.
  • 21 Series Fittings for 213 series transportation hose, 285 series refrigerant/air conditioning hose, and 293 series transportation/air brake hose
  • 22 Series Fittings for Parker 201, 206, and 266 series transportation hose. Also compatible with 221FR USCG-approved fire resistant marine fuel hose.
  • 23 Series Fittings for Parker 213 series transportation hose, 285 series refrigerant/air conditioning hose, and 293 series transportation/air brake hose
  • 30 Series Fittings for Parker Worldwide hydraulic industry standard hose (Series 302) 
  • 42 Series Fittings for Worldwide hydraulic industry standard 322, 436, and 482 hose
  • 82 Series Push-Lok fittings
  • 88 Series Fittings for Parker 811, 811HT and 881 series suction and return hose
