This week, we secured a new order from our customer, Applied Research Associates, based in Ran, VT. The opportunity began with a request for quotation. Our team worked closely to understand the customer’s requirements and provide a tailored solution. Together, Mike Vermette and Dana Denbow prepared and submitted a detailed quote covering three different hydraulic cylinder configurations designed to meet their specific application needs.
After Mike and Dana quoted the customer, we were pleased to receive the purchase order. The order has since been processed and entered into our system, moving us one step closer to delivery.
The project includes a total of seven hydraulic cylinders across three different types, with a combined order value of $20,000. This not only reflects the customer’s confidence in our capabilities but also reinforces our position as a trusted partner for specialized hydraulic solutions.

Chris Douglas tackled a tricky equipment issue for a local landscaping customer. After diagnosing the problem, he found it was a faulty Torq motor.
